Jolly’s Donut Shoppe was a business concept that came straight from my imagination. I created Jolly’s logo and branding for the purpose of stretching my creative muscles and creating a brand identity unlike anything I’ve designed in the past. I envisioned Jolly’s Donuts to be a retro donut shoppe that specialized in making donuts with classic flavors. None of this maple & bacon business. Jolly’s is the place you go when you want the best glazed donut or apple fritter.
The Jolly’s brand identity is a modern take on retro cafe branding. The retro fonts and illustrations invoke a sense of nostalgia while the all-in-one packaging gives you all the modern conveniences of to-go ordering.
